Hey there. I don’t have much to report from today other than…
1) My AC unit is on it’s way out but all hope is not yet lost so for now we wait. Best case scenario I pay $400 for a motor in several months…worst case scenario I replace the whole thing but we’re not focusing on that scenario!
2) I had an amazing yoga practice tonight. My body was perfectly open and accepting of the practice and I loved the energy in the room – some of my most favorite people were there practicing. I can’t tell you how much the energy in the room impacts my practice. It’s honestly kind of unbelievable. Nothing but GOOD tonight!
3) I have another AMRAP workout to share!
I received excellent feedback on my 7-Minute AMRAP workout so I couldn’t wait to share this 20 minutes of AMRAPs workout with you. It’s four different five minute AMRAPs that combined provide an awesome full body cardio strength workout.
Let me know what you think if you try it! As always, shout with questions. Enjoy!
Hello and happy Thanksgiving week! It's my favorite holiday of the year! In preparation for the upcoming feast, I have a great workout to share with you that's high in intensity and sure to make some room for the turkey and pie! :) In addition to testing this workout myself,…
Hi and welcome to the weekly workout recap! I regularly consider whether or not to keep writing this post every week because sometimes it feels a little "all about me" and redundant but then I receive feedback that it's really helpful for some of you and gives you ideas and…
Happy Super Bowl Sunday! (Yesterday someone asked me what I was doing for the game and I asked them, "what game is even on tomorrow?" True story.) I'm checking in with my weekly workout recap but I also have a fun giveaway for you at the end so read on!…

I’m doing this workout at home and don’t have wall balls. Is there something I could substitute?
JenJune 20, 2013, 10:44 am
do you have any type of ball that you could squat and toss? if not i would just substitute dumbbell squat to press overhead or air squats.

I just recently stumbled onto your blog!! I LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!! I am training for my very first full marathon and love crossfit. With 2 children I can’t afford to tie up the extra money into crossfit classes so I have been doing the crossfit workouts in my local gym early in the mornings! I have lost 140lbs and have toned up so much due to these types of workouts! Keep up the great work..and you have a new follower!
