First, can I just tell you all how amazing the last 31 days have been? Your enthusiasm and dedication to the Ultimate Plank Challenge was awesome. Seeing your posts pop up every day in my notifications made me so happy. We had challenge participants from all over the globe resulting in thousands of hashtag postings on Facebook and Instagram.
Here are the final instructions for reporting and entering the end of challenge giveaway.
- Re-test you maximum plank hold time.
- Share it on Facebook or Instagram. Use hashtag #UltimatePlankChallengeResults.
- Come back here and enter the Rafflecopter giveaway below by posting your final plank time along with a link to your post.
You have until Friday at midnight to enter the contest. I will announce the winners on Saturday via an Instagram and Facebook post.
Many of you have asked if I will be hosting future challenges and the answer is YES! I’ll be taking the month of June off but I’m thinking a summer challenge is in order for July or August. Keep following on Instagram for more details and check your inboxes! I will send out details as soon as the next challenge is planned.

HOW TO ENTER: Beginning on Wednesday, June 1 follow the instructions to enter the contest on this page. Entrants must post a photo of themselves, tag @jdecurtins and use the official contest hashtag #ultimateplankchallenge in order to be eligible. Entrants must enter before midnight EST on Friday, June 3. Entries received after this date and time will not be included in the selection process. Only followers of @jdecurtins on Instagram will be eligible to win. Entrants must include enter the rafflecopter giveaway on this page to be eligible to win. All details given must be correct and accurate. The winner will be announced via the official @jdecurtins Instagram and will be directed to email [email protected] in order to collect their prize. The winner will be selected by by me using a random selection tool. Odds of winning will depend upon the number of eligible entries received. The winners will be notified by the official @jdecurtins Instagram within 1 day of announcing winners. If the winners cannot be contacted within 3 days another will be chosen. The prize is not transferable and there is no cash alternative.
