We’re having a great time at the beach with our friends!
Lots of beach time.
Bocce ball, boogie boarding (= awesome!), naps, chats.
Blackened fish sandwich for lunch Friday.
Beer-garitas = also awesome. Have you tried these? They are surprisingly tasty! One can of lemon-lime concentrate, one can tequila, two light beers and ice. Perfect beach drink.

We stayed in and cooked dinner Friday night. I made the salad. Mixed greens, homegrown tomatoes, avocado, feta, cucumber.
And then we made a big pot of lowcountry boil. Potatoes, sausage and local shrimp with a ton of Old Bay. So good. I pretty much ate my weight in shrimp.
All together. Then drinking games and ice cream eating commenced. That went unpictured. ๐
I made breakfast for everyone this morning. French toast made with Great Harvest Cinnamon Chip topped with grilled peaches and bananas.
I ran FOUR MILES after breakfast with NO hamstring pain!!!!!!!!!!!!

I’m happy for you that you are enjoying the beach, but sad I’m going to miss your yoga class tomorrow! I’m going for the first time in months and was sad to hear you won’t be teaching! I’ll have to go to one of your classes now that I’m trying to get back into it!

Going to have to try a beer-garita! I just returned from Florida and the avocados are so different than what we get in Texas. They are bright green, bigger and not as “buttery” if that makes sense. Very good for sure!!
kamaile – i noticed the same thing about the florida avocados. they are different but still super tasty!

I agree with everyone else! We need more tips to get that body!
I am always amazed you eat desserts and occassional drinks, yet stay so fit. When I do it goes straight to my booty! I think the misconception and experience most women have is if they do have those treats they will never get that fit.
