HOW TO MAKE CINNAMON ROLL PROTEIN OVERNIGHT OATS
I mean it when I say the prep only takes 30 seconds! There are only three easy steps!
- Measure two heaping scoops of Naked Oats out into a bowl.
- Add eight ounces of the milk of your choice. I used 2% milk to give me an extra eight grams of protein.
- Stir together and refrigerate overnight.
It will have a soupy texture when you first mix everything together but will thicken as it sits in the fridge.
The next morning you have breakfast ready to go that is rich in protein and fiber.
