I am thrilled to be partnering with one of my favorite brands to bring you some healthy meal and snack ideas!
I keep a container of FAGE Total 5% Greek yogurt in my fridge at all times. It is hands-down my favorite Greek yogurt and ever since I switched to 5% several years ago, I haven’t looked back. It’s insanely creamy and delicious. I’m not lying to you when I say that I can eat this yogurt straight up with no sweeteners or toppings. It’s that good!
For today’s post, I am going to share some yogurt bowl ideas that are NOT the standard Greek yogurt + granola combo but first…let’s cover some of the highlights of FAGE Total.
- All-natural greek yogurt
- Non-GMO Project Verified
- No added sugar (it contains only 7 grams of naturally occurring milk sugar per serving)

FAGE Total 5% is the perfect Greek yogurt for a healthy meal or snack. Thanks to its protein punch and fat content, FAGE Total 5% is so satisfying and truly keeps me satiated for hours.
It’s most fun to eat this yogurt with yummy toppings give it even more of a nutrition punch. I have come up five creative combinations that will get you out of the yogurt and granola rut and on your way to a delicious meal or snack!
5 WAYS TO FAGE
1. Sweet Beets
What: FAGE Total 5% topped with honey, pecans, roasted beets and roasted sweet potatoes.
Why: Because we can all appreciate a change from fruity toppings, and the beets, sweet potatoes and pecans are nutritional powerhouses!
2. Chocolate Covered Cherry
What: FAGE Total 5% with honey and unsweetened dark cocoa powder stirred in. Topped with cacao nibs, unsweetened coconut flakes, and cherries.

What’s your favorite yogurt topping/bowl combo?
I really wanted to try a savory bowl but chickened out…anyone have suggestions?
Yes to full fat Fage! Even the 2% is super decadent and satisfying. I just love it simple with fruit and big scoop of nut butter. Your combos sound SO good… chocolate covered cherry will be first on my list to try!
I used to LOVE 2%. Now I have switched to the dark side of full fat. The best side!
Awesome ideas here and beautiful bowls. I definitely want to try the beet bowl!
for a savory bowl – i would add zaatar to it with chickpeas, sesame oil – and maybe hemp hearts and another protein – 🙂
I love Fage, I eat it plain all the time. Some savory ideas: my first thought was a play on tzatziki, pan roast a clove of garlic, mash it up and mix it in the yogurt, top with cucumber and tomato, finish with a squeeze of lemon and a drizzle of olive oil. Or like a bagel, mix lemon and dill into the yogurt, top with lox/smoked salmon, sliced onion & capers. I hate zucchini, but this question reminded me of a zucchini in sour cream dish my mom used to make, you could do something with zoodles and some herbs, if you like that sort of thing.
i always have fage in my fridge! usually 2% bc thats what they sell at costco and its such a great deal and so. good! i have it with old fashioned oats, banana, and peanut butter nearly every single morning for breakfast. THE BEST!
