Hi! How was everyone’s Christmas? (for those of you celebrating)
I will be posting my recap of Christmas weekend on Monday morning but I thought it was time to check in after taking a little blog break since last Wednesday so I’ve got the weekly workout recap along with a giveaway.
As I announced back in November, I’m partnering with Premier Protein again in 2016 to serve as an ambassador for their line of protein bars, shakes and powders.
This year’s campaign is focused around Premier Protein providing the energy for one more, which I really love. This idea resonates with me on so many levels from physical to relationships to self-care.
- The energy to do one more set and increase my weights in the gym.
- The energy to practice my handstand press one more time.
- The energy to do one more thoughtful gesture for my friends and family every week like deliver meals, send handwritten notes, make more coffee dates, etc.
- The energy to do one more self-care activity daily like journaling, meditation and reading.
GIVEAWAY! If you’d like to enter to win a selection of Premier Protein products delivered to your door, leave me a comment telling me what your “one more” would be.
What do you wish you had the energy to do one more of? Run one more mile? Read one more bedtime story with your kids? Go on one more walk with your dogs every day? I’d love to hear your responses!
Giveaway rules: U.S. residents only. One entry per person. Giveaway ends Wednesday at midnight EST. Winner will be randomly selected.

I wish to have more energy for one more walk each day. Walks are so good for my anxiety, but I find it tough to squeeze them in sometimes when I walk so much with heavy bags already!
i totally hear you on walks being a good way to deal with anxieties and that they’re hard to fit in. i wish i had more time for them too!
One more mile!! Depression has taken a toll on my energy levels and my training as I try to accomplish running goals, but I’m trying to fight it and each time I run I try to do a little extra just to say to myself “I can”; so one more mile is my goal as I train for my first race
i am so sorry to hear about your depression but happy to hear that you’re getting exercise. it can be such a powerful creator of energy and means to dealing with emotions, highs and lows. take good care of yourself!
