Morning! Today’s post is going to be a hodge podge of recent favorites from music to food to reading material so let’s get right to it. Perfect early morning coffee sipping activity! ๐
To snack on…
This artichoke spinach “hommus” from Cedar’s. So tasty!
These crackers from Glutino. I tried this brand a few months ago and have been buying them ever since. I love the traditional sea salt flavor and this rosemary and olive oil. Note, they are WAY expensive in the normal grocery store and reasonably priced and on sale often at Whole Foods.
To listen to…
I have been playing this song in savasana for my yogis all week. It’s achingly beautiful and soothing.
Love Katy Perry slowing it down a little here.
To read…
– The Russians are letting you squat to earn subway fare. Seriously.
– How to Hustle Through Heartbreak (and spend some time on this site in general…lots of good stuff to read here)
– “Figure out what matters by getting rid of everything that doesn’t.” On “editing” your life.
Have a wonderful day!
Any recent favorite finds?
haha I have never heard that Lady GaGa song but I really do like it!! Sounds like a great new song to add to my workout play list!
Glutino is also well priced at the Healthy Home Markets here in Charlotte!
thanks for the tip! good to know!
The ‘editing’ link was a good read and excellent ideas. I am going to work on living with 5% less, eating out less often, and eliminating 5 girlfriends.
haha! ๐
Love this song. I actually first heard it on a commercial. A recent favorite find would be this yummy and healthy seaweed salad from Costco. It’s delicious and definitely lasts me a few days. I add it to salads, salmon burgers, and random scrambles. I know weird…HA!
that sounds amazing. i need to go to costco. thanks for the tip!
That is SO AWESOME that Russia is accepting squats as payment for the subway! Bring that system to the U.S.! ๐
i know! love it!
I always love you “what you’re reading” links! You’ve introduced me to new several ambitious, inspiring women like Danielle LaPorte and Nisha Moodley. I’m so grateful! I am wondering if at some point you may be able to do a post/compilation with some more of your go-to fierce female inspirers?!
thank you! that is such a good idea for a post. i will add it to the running “post ideas” list.
So in love with the Hustle through the Heartbreak read. I haven’t had a broken heart in a while but there’s a possibility it could be on the horizon in a year or so no thanks to the military.
Hope you’re continuously healing through your divorce. You deserve happiness =)
it’s a great read.
thank you!
