Surprise, I’m in the Atlanta Airport.
I booked a flight at the last minute to visit my parents for the weekend. I haven’t seen them since Christmas and I finally reached the point where I couldn’t wait any longer. I ate the egg and cheese off of an egg and cheese sandwich during the first leg of my trip and got a strawberry banana smoothie from Starbucks in Atlanta.
So I’m off to Florida for a weekend of family time, soaking up the beach and personal restoration.
I hope that each one of you has a wonderful weekend and that you do something that makes you feel happy, loved and restored.

So I have been reading your blog for quite awhile, and when I saw your journey to where you are currently with your career I felt so incredibly inspired. For years I have wanted to leave the corporate world and turn my passion for a healthy lifestyle into a career. Well, I finally signed up to get certified as a Yoga instructor, something I have wanted to do for 3 years! (starts Oct. 8th. CAN.NOT.WAIT!) Reading your blog really helped me realize that its possible to pursue your dreams! Thank you, thank you, thank you. 🙂 I too love cross fit, running and can relate so much to you and to where you are now. Have a great time visiting your parents!

The beaches are beautiful. If you have time Sunday at 9:30 am go to Balance Health Studio on 30 a and take Kelli’s “spicy” flow! It’s awesome! And a great sweat! Make a reservation cause it fills up!
