Happy New Year’s Eve! I hope that you are able to enjoy exactly the day that you need to wind down 2023. My plan is to get some work done on the computer, start to de-Christmas my house, walk with Virginia, spend a couple of hours with Finn (yay!) and a NYE dinner with friends.
7-DAY MOVEMENT CHALLENGE FOR 2024!
If you’re looking to kick off a fresh new year with a focus on celebrating your health and fitness, I’d love for you to join me for a 7-Day Movement Challenge!
I put together a 7-Day Movement Challenge in my app that features a balanced mix of daily movement.
- Each day has a 10,000 step goal. You can get this done walking, hiking, running, running after kids, etc.
- Additionally, I’ve assigned for you to take one of my streaming on-demand classes. The classes I’ve selected for the challenge range from bodyweight HIIT to dumbbell strength to yoga/stretching to core.
- And that’s all!
It’s a simple challenge – just 7 days of 10,000 steps and varied fitness/yoga classes! You can absolutely complete this challenge at home with minimal equipment.
HOW TO ACCESS THE CHALLENGE FOR FREE!
You can access my 7-Day Movement Challenge FREE in my app with the one week free trial that you receive when you join! The 7-Day Challenge Plan in the app will guide you through logging each day’s steps and workout and you can stream the prescribed class directly from the app.
There are two steps to get you rolling and ready to go!
- Sign up for an account at Jen Eddins Fitness. You can choose month-to-month, 6 months or yearly. Remember you will NOT be charged if you cancel within the first week and will still have access to the challenge for the full week.
- Download the Jen Eddins Fitness App on the App Store or Google Play.

Hark the fitness angels sing…the 2024 Christmas Crusher is HERE! This festive annual tradition is in its 11th year which is so hard to believe! To be honest, I was going to retire the Christmas Crusher after a strong 10 year run but one of my longtime clients shared it’s something she looks forward to [...]

Happiest of Fridays to you! We are fully in the holiday spirit over here and it’s a year of firsts when it comes to the Christmas tree. This was my first time ever getting a tree from a Christmas tree farm! I had real trees for 34 years of my life but they always came [...]

I am 16 days post-marathon (race recap here) and other than a bruised right toenail whose healing status is questionable, I’m in good shape! I feel fully recovered and ready to start ramping up the intensity of strength training sessions and rebuilding running mileage. Before we get too far away from marathon weekend, I wanted [...]
