I regularly post my yoga playlists for y’all but I received a request last week for a running playlist. Recently, I have been listening to TED Talks and audiobooks while running more than music but I put together a playlist for you with my current favorite upbeat songs that are sure to motivate you through a summer run!

Wow, your Hump Day workout was hard core!!
